Module 2 of 6 - The Product You Deliver

The Consumer Program:
Delivering the 12-Week Book

Your members do not buy a diet, an app, or a pep talk. They buy a structured 12-week coached program, and the program book in consumer-program/ is that product in physical form. This module trains you - and anyone on your team who coaches - to deliver it end to end at {{PUBLIC_BRAND_NAME}} in {{AREA_NAME}}.

01Run the enrollment session - intake conversation plus baseline protocol, pages 4 and 5 of the book, in under an hour.
02Hold the weekly rhythm - review every member check-in on a fixed schedule and coach green, yellow, and red weeks differently.
03Run the two big reviews - the mid-point conversation after Week 6 and the graduation review after Week 12.
04Transition graduates - move finishers into the maintenance membership and use the supplement protocol reorder line correctly and compliantly.

Lesson One
The Book Is the Product - Know All 22 Pages Cold

Concept. Everything you sell, coach, and renew hangs off one deliverable: consumer-program/CONSUMER_PROGRAM_12WEEK_MASTER.html and its print twin consumer-program/CONSUMER_PROGRAM_12WEEK_MASTER.pdf in your build. It is a 22-page, Letter-size member book: twelve mapped weeks in three phases (Foundation, Momentum, Mastery), one focus per week, three concrete actions per week, one education topic per week, and a five-minute check-in. If you cannot navigate it from memory, you cannot coach it with authority.

The Page Map - Memorize This

Non-Negotiable Before Any Copy Leaves Your Hands
The master ships with yellow [CONFIG: ...] marks on every value that is not yet set for your business: supplement protocol contents, consent and disclaimer legal text, membership terms, referral policy, and member stories. A book with even one unresolved yellow mark never reaches a member. Legal wording comes from your counsel; protocol wording follows your supply agreement and stays in DSHEA structure/function language ("supports" - never words that promise a medical outcome); membership terms print only after you confirm them in writing.

Exactly How To Produce Member Copies

1
Open the master. consumer-program/CONSUMER_PROGRAM_12WEEK_MASTER.html opens in any browser. Search the file for [CONFIG and list every remaining mark.
2
Resolve every mark with the right authority: counsel for legal text, your supply agreement for protocol wording, your own written confirmation for membership and referral terms.
3
Print to PDF, Letter size. The file is print-production formatted - each on-screen page is one physical page. Proof all 22 pages once on paper before any print run.
4
Stock two extras per active member of page 20, the tracker grid. Members burn one per week and ask for more - the page itself tells them to call {{APPROVED_PHONE}} for extra sheets.
Clinic Model

The book is handed over physically at the enrollment visit - print copies spiral-bound or stapled at a local print shop, cover stock for page 1. Keep a display copy at the front desk; it is your best silent salesperson.

Tracker refills (page 20) live in a tray at reception so a member can grab one at any visit.

Platform Model

Ship the printed book to the member's door before the enrollment call - the unboxing IS the first program moment. Email the PDF as backup the same day.

Send tracker refills as a separate 12-sheet pack, and keep the single-page PDF of page 20 ready to re-send from {{DOMAIN}} email at any time.

Do This Now
Read all 22 pages of CONSUMER_PROGRAM_12WEEK_MASTER.pdf in one sitting, book in one hand, pen in the other. Then close it and write the page map from memory: intake, baseline, mid-point, graduation, tracker, what's-next. If you miss one, read it again. Target: under 3 seconds to name the page for any program moment.
L2
Lesson Two
The Enrollment Session: Intake Conversation + Baseline Protocol

Concept. Pages 4 and 5 are the only pages the member must complete before Week 1 - and they are a conversation, not homework. The intake (page 4) is a wellness questionnaire, deliberately not a medical form: goals, eating habits, movement, sleep, stress, readiness. The baseline protocol (page 5) locks in the four measurements - weight, waist, photos, energy scores - taken the same way every time, so the mid-point and graduation reviews have honest data to read. A rushed or skipped enrollment session is the single most common cause of a limp program.

The 60-Minute Enrollment Session, Step By Step

1
Welcome and frame (5 min). Hand over the book, open to page 2, and let the welcome letter from {{SIGNATURE_NAME}} do the talking: twelve mapped weeks, one focus at a time, a coach watching every check-in. State the two house asks out loud: "be honest on paper" and "never miss twice."
2
Walk page 3 together (5 min). The three phases, the 15-minute weekly rhythm, the ground rules ("trends, not days"), and the support line. The member should leave knowing exactly what a normal week costs them: about 15 minutes of paperwork.
3
Run the intake as an interview (20 min). You ask, they write. Sections A-F on page 4: goals in their own words, eating and movement today, sleep, stress, readiness scores. Probe section F hardest - "one thing that derailed past attempts" is where your coaching plan for this member starts.
4
Complete the consent block. Page 4 ends with the acknowledgment and consent box - member and coach both sign and date. This block prints only with your counsel's approved wording; if that [CONFIG] is unresolved, you have no book to deliver yet (Lesson 1).
5
Teach the baseline protocol (15 min). Page 5, all four boxes: same scale, same conditions, weekly weight; waist at navel on a relaxed exhale at baseline, Week 6, Week 12; front-side-back photos, same spot and lighting; energy, sleep, and mood scored 1-10. Fill the Baseline Record Card together or set the exact day they will.
6
Set the weekly anchor and book the rhythm (10 min). Week 1, action 2 in the book: pick one fixed day and time for the weekly page-read and check-in, and put all twelve into the calendar now - plus the mid-point conversation after Week 6 and the graduation review after Week 12, booked via {{BOOKING_ROUTE}} before they leave.
Scope Guardrail
The intake is a lifestyle questionnaire for an educational wellness coaching program. You do not collect medical histories, medication lists, or lab values on it, and you do not interpret symptoms. If a member raises a health concern, the answer is always the same: "That is a question for your doctor - this program works alongside whatever they advise." Train every coach on this sentence; it is in your staff pack at operations/STAFF_HIRING_TRAINING_PACK.md.
Clinic Model

Run the session in person. You take the waist measurement and first weigh-in on your own equipment so technique is right from day one, and the member repeats the same protocol at home from page 5.

Photos stay on the member's own phone - you never store them unless your counsel-approved consent covers it.

Platform Model

Run the session as a scheduled video call after the book arrives. Screen-share is unnecessary - you both hold the same physical book, which is the point.

Guide the self-measure live on camera: they stand on their scale and place the tape while you coach placement from the page 5 protocol. Same-conditions rule matters double when you are not in the room.

"The enrollment session is where the member decides whether this is a real program or another pamphlet. Sit down, open the book, ask the questions like the answers matter - because for the next twelve weeks, they are your coaching map." - The {{PUBLIC_BRAND_NAME}} playbook
Do This Now
Rehearse the full enrollment session once with a team member or a patient friend playing the member - book open, intake asked aloud, baseline taught, consent block walked through, twelve anchors booked through {{BOOKING_ROUTE}}. Time it. If it runs past 75 minutes, your section-C-through-E interviewing needs tightening, not the member.
L3
Lesson Three
The Weekly Check-In Rhythm: Your Side of the Contract

Concept. Page 3 of the book promises the member that "your coach reviews every weekly check-in." That sentence is the product. The member's side of the rhythm is printed on page 3 (read the week's page, mark the tracker daily, complete the check-in box, weigh in once); your side is a fixed weekly review block where every active member's week gets eyes on it and the right-sized response. Miss two of your review blocks and members feel it immediately - the book becomes a journal nobody reads, and the program quietly dies.

Your Weekly Review Block, Step By Step

1
Fix the block. One recurring calendar block, same day every week (the day after most members' anchor day). Budget roughly 5 minutes per active member.
2
Collect the week. For each member, look at two things: the tracker grid (page 20 - checks, dashes, honest blanks) and the check-in box on the current week's page (adherence 1-5, energy 1-5, wins, sticking points).
3
Triage green / yellow / red using the table below, and respond the same day. The response is the coaching.
4
Log it. Note each member's adherence score and your action in tools/partner-kpi-tracker.html from your build - member consistency is a core weekly number your business runs on, right next to inquiries and enrollments.
5
Flag the two big dates. Any member finishing Week 6 goes on next week's mid-point list; any member finishing Week 12 goes on the graduation list (Lesson 4). Nobody drifts past either milestone unnoticed.

The Triage Table

SignalWhat you seeYour same-day response
GREENAdherence 4-5, tracker mostly markedShort, specific praise naming one thing from their "wins" line. Twenty seconds. Do not skip it - reinforcement is why they keep writing.
YELLOWAdherence 3, or one habit row blank all weekOne question plus one adjustment, straight from the book's own playbook: shrink the habit, never scold. "Never miss twice" is coaching language, not guilt language.
REDAdherence 1-2, or no check-in at allPersonal call the same day - not a text blast. Silent members have not failed the program; they are hiding from it. The call reopens the door: "Off weeks are data. Which action do we restart tomorrow?"
Clinic Model

Check-ins arrive two ways: members who visit in person bring the book, and everyone else texts a photo of the week's check-in box and tracker grid to {{APPROVED_PHONE}} on their anchor day.

Front desk staff log arrivals; the coach runs triage. The split is defined in operations/STAFF_HIRING_TRAINING_PACK.md.

Platform Model

The photo-of-the-page routine is the standard: every member sends their tracker and check-in photo on anchor day. A standing reminder message the morning of anchor day lifts completion dramatically.

Yellow and red responses happen by phone or video through {{BOOKING_ROUTE}} - voice carries coaching weight that text cannot.

Do This Now
Open your calendar and create the recurring weekly review block for the next twelve weeks - the exact discipline you will ask of members in Week 1, action 2. Then write your three triage scripts (green praise, yellow adjust, red call opener) on one index card and keep it where you review check-ins.
L4
Lesson Four
The Two Big Conversations: Mid-Point Review and Graduation

Concept. The program has two scheduled sit-downs, and the book hands you the agenda for both. The mid-point review (page 12, after Week 6) turns six weeks of data into the plan for Weeks 7-12. The graduation review (page 19, after Week 12) turns twelve weeks of results into pride, keeper habits, and - critically for your business - the maintenance transition on page 21. Both were booked at enrollment (Lesson 2); your job now is to run them so well that members tell people about them.

Running the Mid-Point Conversation (After Week 6)

1
Prep before they arrive. Re-read their intake (page 4), skim their six check-in boxes, and note their trend. You should open the meeting already knowing their proudest win.
2
Re-measure by the page 5 protocol. Weight, waist, photos, energy scores go into the page 12 table next to baseline. Circle the trends together - down, holding, up - and say the house rule out loud: trends, not days. Six-week direction is what counts.
3
Score the habits. The member self-scores all six habit rows 1-5 (protein, plants, hydration, sleep, movement, daily protocol). Their scores, not yours - the conversation lives in the gap between their score and their tracker.
4
Build the KEEP / ADJUST / REBUILD plan. Section 4 of page 12: what stays untouched, what gets one tweak, what restarts smaller. Every member leaves with all three lines filled in - that page IS the plan for Weeks 7-12.

Running the Graduation Review (After Week 12)

1
Complete the numbers, then leave them. The page 19 table holds baseline, Week 6, and Week 12 side by side. Present the trend, congratulate it - then move immediately to section 2, "beyond the numbers," where most of the real wins live: steadier energy, clothes fitting differently, calmer food decisions.
2
Lock the five keeper habits. Section 3. These five lines are the member's permanent program - make them specific ("glass of water before coffee," not "hydrate more").
3
Have them write the letter. Section 4, the letter to their future self, written in the room, not assigned as homework. Two quiet minutes. It is the single highest-retention moment in the entire program.
4
Sign the completion box together - member, date, coach. Ceremony matters. A handshake and a photo (their phone, their choice) closes the twelve weeks properly.
5
Turn to page 21 and offer the path forward. Walk the three options in order: the maintenance membership, the protocol reorder (Lesson 5), and share-it-forward referrals. The graduate is at peak trust and peak results - this is the moment the page was designed for.
Maintenance Membership - What You May And May Not Say
Page 21, box 1 describes the structure of maintenance: scheduled check-ins, fresh tracker sheets, first access to member events and materials, member terms on reorders. Structure is all you may present until your own offer is confirmed in writing - the inclusions, cadence, and terms behind the [ATLAS CONFIG] mark are set by you and print only after you confirm them. Never improvise terms in the room; "the details are on your enrollment sheet" beats a number you have to walk back.
Clinic Model

Both reviews are in-person visits - your equipment for the re-measure, a closed door for the reflection sections. Book 30 minutes for mid-point, 45 for graduation.

Graduation day is a legitimate small event: team congratulations at the desk on the way out costs nothing and gets repeated to friends.

Platform Model

Both reviews are scheduled video calls via {{BOOKING_ROUTE}}; the member re-measures on camera using the page 5 protocol, exactly as trained at enrollment.

Mail graduates a physical congratulations card from {{PUBLIC_BRAND_NAME}} signed by {{SIGNATURE_NAME}}. In a remote program, paper in the mailbox lands harder than any email.

Do This Now
Open CONSUMER_PROGRAM_12WEEK_MASTER.pdf to pages 12 and 19 and run both conversations aloud, solo, with a timer - the way pilots run a checklist. Then confirm in writing (to yourself, dated) the status of your maintenance offer: confirmed and printed, or unconfirmed and therefore structure-only in every graduation review until it is.
L5
Lesson Five
The Supplement Protocol and the Reorder Line

Concept. The daily supplement protocol runs quietly through the whole book: introduced in the welcome letter (page 2), boxed on page 3, tracked daily as its own row on the page 20 grid, self-scored at mid-point, and offered for reorder on page 21, box 2. It is a supporting habit inside a habit program - and it is also the part of the program with the strictest language rules. This lesson covers both: how to coach it, and how to talk about it without ever crossing the line.

The Language Rules - Every Coach, Every Time

DSHEA Guardrails - Memorize, Then Train Your Team
Say: "taken as directed on the label," "supports your goals," "part of your daily routine," and whatever structure/function wording your counsel has approved for the printed book. Never say: anything that promises a medical outcome, names a condition, or goes one word beyond the approved label and book text. The protocol contents, usage summary, and support statements in the book all sit behind [CONFIG] marks for exactly this reason - they print from your supply agreement and counsel review, and the spoken script never exceeds the printed one. When a member asks a question the label does not answer: "Great question for your doctor or pharmacist."

Coaching The Protocol Through The 12 Weeks

1
Enrollment: hand the protocol over with the book, point to the page 3 box, and anchor it to an existing daily habit ("with your morning glass of water" - Week 4 makes that anchor automatic).
2
Every week: the "Daily supplement protocol" row on the page 20 tracker tells you adherence at a glance. A blank row gets the same yellow-triage response as any other habit: shrink the friction, re-anchor the time, no lectures.
3
Mid-point (page 12): the member self-scores the protocol row 1-5. Score of 3 or less means the anchor failed, not the member - rebuild it in the ADJUST line.
4
Week 10, not Week 12: raise the reorder in a normal weekly check-in - "You are about two weeks from the bottom of the bottle; want me to set up your reorder now so nothing lapses into maintenance?" The book's own line is the script: the habit is easiest to keep when the bottle never hits empty.
5
Graduation (page 21, box 2): for members continuing into maintenance, confirm the reorder route on the spot. Member terms on reorders are part of the maintenance pitch - structure only until your [ATLAS CONFIG] terms are confirmed in writing, same rule as Lesson 4.

The Reorder Line Itself

Page 21 prints three reorder routes, and your whole team should give them in the same order: call or text {{APPROVED_PHONE}}, email, or {{DOMAIN}}. Whoever answers that line needs exactly two skills: take the reorder accurately, and route every product question past the label back to "ask your doctor or pharmacist." Both are covered in operations/STAFF_HIRING_TRAINING_PACK.md; the reorder flow also appears in your 90-day plan at success-program/PARTNER_SUCCESS_PROGRAM_90DAY_MASTER.md.

Clinic Model

Reorders are mostly walk-in or at-visit: keep protocol stock at the desk so a Week-10 conversation becomes a bag-in-hand before the member leaves.

Front desk owns reorder logging; the coach only opens the conversation.

Platform Model

Reorders ship. The Week-10 prompt matters even more because transit time is real - the reorder goes in while a week of product remains.

Confirm the shipping address at mid-point; members move more often than you think.

Do This Now
Write your Week-10 reorder script in your own words - two sentences, label-safe, ending with a route ({{APPROVED_PHONE}} or {{DOMAIN}}). Then audit your build: open the master, find every protocol-related [CONFIG] mark, and write next to each one who resolves it - counsel, supply agreement, or you.

Self-Check - 8 Questions
Can You Deliver The Program?
1. Which two pages must a member complete before Week 1 begins?
Pages 4 and 5. The intake is run as an interview at the enrollment session, and the baseline protocol locks in weight, waist, photos, and energy scores before any habit work starts.
2. The book's measurement house rule, repeated at baseline, mid-point, and graduation, is:
Trends, not days. Weekly weigh-in under identical conditions; waist, photos, and wellbeing scores at baseline, Week 6, and Week 12 per the page 5 protocol.
3. A member sends no check-in at all this week. Per the triage table, you:
Red triage means a personal same-day call. Silent members are hiding from the program, not done with it - and "never miss twice" is coaching language, never guilt language.
4. The mid-point review (page 12) ends with a plan for Weeks 7-12 built from which three categories?
KEEP what is working untouched, ADJUST what needs one tweak, REBUILD what restarts smaller. Every member leaves the mid-point conversation with all three lines filled in.
5. A printed program book may be handed to a member only when:
No book leaves your hands with an unresolved [CONFIG] mark. Legal text comes from counsel, protocol wording from the supply agreement, and membership or referral terms only after you confirm them in writing.
6. A member asks whether the supplement protocol will help with a specific health condition. The compliant response is:
Spoken words never exceed the printed, counsel-approved text. Structure/function support language only - and any condition-specific question goes to the member's doctor or pharmacist, every time.
7. The best moment to open the supplement reorder conversation is:
Week 10, in a routine check-in - two weeks of runway means nothing lapses, which matters double on the platform model where reorders ship. Page 21, box 2 then confirms the route at graduation.
8. At the graduation review, when may you present specific maintenance membership terms?
Same rule spoken as printed: structure only (check-ins, tracker refills, member access, member reorder terms) until your own offer is confirmed in writing. Never improvise terms in the room.
