How This Works - Four Steps
1Answer all 25 yes/no questions. Be honest - a hesitation counts as a NO.
2Count your YES answers in each of the five dimensions.
3Add up your total and read your band: strong, mixed, or priority.
4Bring your totals to a free conversation. We build from there.
There are no trick questions and no grades. YES always describes the supportive habit, so your count is your map.
What This Is - And What It Is Not (Plain Language)

This scorecard is a self-assessment of everyday habits: how you eat, move, sleep, recover, and stay consistent. Habits like these are commonly associated with supporting healthy metabolic function.

It is not a medical test. It does not measure your metabolism, and no score on these pages can identify, rule out, or say anything about any health condition. Your total shows one thing only: which supportive habits are in place today and which have room to grow. For any question about your health, talk with your physician or another qualified health professional.

D1.Dimension 01 - Eating Pattern

Not a diet quiz. No foods are graded and no meals are judged. These five questions look at the shape of your eating pattern - the rhythm, the ratios, and the autopilot - because pattern is what remains when motivation goes home.

01I eat a source of protein at most meals.Protein-forward meals are widely associated with a steadier appetite across the day.YESNO
02I eat vegetables or fruit on most days of the week.Produce brings fiber and volume - two quiet workhorses of a supportive eating pattern.YESNO
03I usually stop eating at "satisfied," not "stuffed."The satisfied-versus-full line is one of the most practical habits on this entire page.YESNO
04Most of my meals start from whole ingredients rather than packages.Cooking from ingredients puts you - not a label - in charge of the recipe.YESNO
05My meals follow a fairly consistent daily rhythm - I rarely skip, then graze.A steady meal rhythm supports the structure the rest of your week is built on.YESNO
Dimension 1 total - YES answers:   / 5
D2.Dimension 02 - Movement

Notice what is missing here: gym memberships, personal records, 5 AM alarms. A supportive movement pattern is mostly about frequency and friction - how often you move, and how easy you have made it to happen.

06I get some intentional movement on most days - a walk counts.Frequency beats intensity when a habit has to survive a real week.YESNO
07On most days, I break up long stretches of sitting.Standing and moving briefly each hour is a small habit with a long reach.YESNO
08Something challenges my muscles at least twice a week - lifting, carrying, climbing.Muscle work is a cornerstone of an active weekly pattern.YESNO
09Everyday movement is normal for me - stairs, parking farther out, errands on foot.Built-in movement does not depend on motivation. That is its superpower.YESNO
10Movement has a scheduled place in my week - it is not left to chance. What gets a time slot gets done. What waits for a free moment tends to keep waiting.YESNO

D3.Dimension 03 - Sleep

Sleep is the quietest habit on this scorecard, and it touches every other one. These five questions look at duration, rhythm, and the setup you have built around your nights.

11I get roughly seven or more hours of sleep on most nights.Sleep duration is one of the most studied supportive habits there is.YESNO
12My sleep and wake times are roughly consistent - weekends included.A steady sleep schedule supports the rhythm of everything else you do.YESNO
13The last half hour before bed is mostly screen-free.A wind-down buffer helps the day actually end - instead of following you to bed.YESNO
14I wake up feeling rested more days than not.How your mornings feel is honest feedback about how your nights are going.YESNO
15My bedroom is set up for sleep - dark, cool, and quiet.Environment does quietly what willpower has to do loudly.YESNO
Dimension 3 total - YES answers:   / 5
D4.Dimension 04 - Stress & Recovery

Stress is not a character flaw, and it is not going away. These questions measure the structure you have built around it - the valves, the breaks, and the people.

16I have at least one reliable way to decompress that is not food.A pressure valve that is not the pantry changes the shape of the whole evening.YESNO
17I take short, genuine breaks on high-pressure days.Small recoveries during the day beat one collapse at the end of it.YESNO
18Most weeks include time with people who support my goals.Habits hold better in company than they do in isolation.YESNO
19I can name my biggest source of stress - and I have a plan for it.A named stressor with a plan is smaller than a vague one without.YESNO
20Some time each week is protected and genuinely mine.Recovery that is scheduled is recovery that actually happens.YESNO
Dimension 4 total - YES answers:   / 5

D5.Dimension 05 - Consistency

This is the dimension the other four depend on. Perfect weeks do not count for much here; ordinary weeks are where a pattern is actually decided.

21When a routine breaks, I restart within days - not months.Restart speed matters more than streak length. Every time.YESNO
22I keep track of at least one habit - steps, meals, sleep - in any form. What gets written down gets noticed. Noticing is half the work.YESNO
23I rough out my week ahead - meals, movement, sleep - even loosely.A loose plan on Sunday beats a strong intention on Wednesday.YESNO
24Someone - a person or a program - checks in on my goals.Accountability that is scheduled does not depend on motivation.YESNO
25My habits look mostly the same in busy weeks and calm weeks.Habits that survive busy weeks are the ones that last.YESNO

READ.What Your Score Suggests About Your Habits

A reminder before you read: these bands describe habits - nothing more. They say nothing about your health, and they are not a judgment of you. Habits respond to structure, and structure can be built.

20 - 25 YES - Strong Foundation

Your daily structure is doing a lot of quiet work, and you should give yourself real credit - most people never build this much routine into an ordinary week. A strong habit base is also exactly where structured support has the most to build on. Your move: keep the habits carrying the load, pick the single lowest dimension on your grid as the place to grow next, and put numbers under the habits - a measured baseline turns "I think this is working" into "I can see it."

12 - 19 YES - Mixed Picture (Most People Land Here)

You have real strengths carrying real weight - and two or three habits quietly working against them. That is not failure; that is an ordinary life without a system around it. Here the pattern matters more than the total: a 15 built on strong eating and absent sleep is a completely different situation from a 15 spread evenly across the grid. Look at your lowest dimension first. The answer is rarely "try harder" - it is structure, aimed at the right dimension, sized to fit the week you actually have.

0 - 11 YES - Priority Zone

First things first: nothing on this page is a verdict. A low count usually means life has been running you instead of the other way around - busy seasons, broken routines, plans that never fit your actual week. The encouraging part: you have the most room to gain from small, structured changes, and you should not rebuild five dimensions at once. One dimension. One supportive habit with a time slot. One person or program checking in. That is how every strong foundation got started.

Read Your Lowest Dimension First - Quick Coaching Notes
Eating pattern lowestSkip the overhaul. One protein-forward meal at a consistent time is a foundation, not a compromise.
Movement lowestStart beneath your ambition: a daily walk with a time slot beats a gym plan without one.
Sleep lowestPick a bedtime and defend it for two weeks before touching anything else. Sleep supports every other dimension on this page.
Stress lowestBuild one pressure valve that is not food, and put it where the pressure actually happens in your day.
Consistency lowestYou do not need a better plan - you need a smaller one, with someone checking in. That is precisely what structure is for.
Whatever you circled: today's score is a snapshot, not a sentence. Retake this in ninety days and let the two numbers argue.
