Advance status as fulfillment progresses: PLACED → CONFIRMED → SHIPPED (add tracking) → DELIVERED. Mark Paid when the invoice or Stripe payment clears. Partner sees changes live.
Each standing order is a Stripe subscription. Every successful billing cycle creates a CONFIRMED + PAID order in the Orders tab (PO "STANDING", notes "standing order <ref> cycle N") - fulfill it like any other order. Partners cancel from their portal; cancellation is immediate and never affects orders already created. Requires the Stripe events checkout.session.completed, invoice.paid and customer.subscription.deleted on the webhook endpoint.
